BMI Calculator
I use this calculator to tell me how much muscle/fat ratio that I have, I’ve found it to be the most consistent. http://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy I also us an app called APFT if I just want to check basic BMI (without the muscle and fat ratio)
